Pursuant to Art. 13 sec. 1-2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection) (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we would like to inform you that:

  3. Purposes and basics of processing. We will process your data:
  4. in order to provide a marketing offer, based on your consent (the basis of Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR). You can give your consent or refuse to give it
  5. in order to potentially conclude a sales contract (the basis of Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR)
  6. for archival (evidence) purposes which are the implementation of our legitimate interest in securing information in the event of a legal need to prove facts (the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR)
  7. in order to possibly establish, investigate or defend against claims being the implementation of our legitimate interest in this interest (the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR)
  8. for analytical purposes (better selection of services to the needs of our clients, general optimization of our products, optimization of service processes, building knowledge about our clients, financial analysis of our company, etc.) being the implementation of our legitimate interest in this interest (the basis of art. 1 letter f of the GDPR)
  9. in order to test customer satisfaction, which is the implementation of our legitimate interest in determining the quality of our service and the level of satisfaction of our customers with products and services (the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR)
  10. in order to offer you products and services directly (direct marketing), including selecting them in terms of your needs, i.e. profiling, which is the implementation of our legitimate interest in this interest (the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR)
  11. Right to object
  12. At any time, you have the right to object to the processing of your data, processed for the purpose and on the basis of the above-mentioned. We will cease to process your data for these purposes, unless we are able to demonstrate that there are valid, legally justified grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or your data will be necessary for us to possibly establish, assert or defend claims.
  13. You have the right to object to the processing of your data for the purpose of direct marketing at any time. If you exercise this right - we will stop processing your data for this purpose.
  14. Data storage period. We may process the data processed for the purposes of direct marketing of products and services until you object to their processing for this purpose or we determine that they have become obsolete.
  15. Data recipients

    Your personal data may be transferred:
    - entities from the SoftWizards Group, our partners, i.e. companies with whom we cooperate by combining products or services, involved in the sales process, institutions - specified by law, e.g. the Tax Office, ZUS
    - our subcontractors (processors), such as accounting, legal, IT companies, and marketing agencies.

    Rights of data subjects:
    According to the GDPR, you have the right to:
    - access to your data and receive a copy of it
    - rectify (correct) your data
    - deletion, restriction or objection to their processing
    - data portability
    - lodging a complaint to the supervisory authority
    - Information on voluntary data provision: Providing data is voluntary
     
  16. Automated decision making Please be advised that in the process of data processing we do not make decisions in an automated manner and your data is not profiled.
  17. Consent and information about the possibility of withdrawing consent
  18. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, but the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was made on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.

  20. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data belonging to a specific category at any time, but the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.
